The Challenge
Bold thesis, complex market, and a crowded LP landscape.
A lot of funds say they’re “different,” but Lyra’s edge, deep ecosystem, real insights, unique Asian anchor investors, needed more than just a bullet list. We had to crystallize their strategy into a deck and narrative LPs could feel, making the case for why Lyra wins deal access (and returns) where even bigger funds can’t. All with sharp visual storytelling that didn’t get lost in VC jargon.

We worked alongside Lyra’s partners to strip back the fluff, challenge every line, and reconstruct a fund story woven from real case studies, investment theses, and the seismic trends Lyra’s network is surfacing first. Our presentation and design made the complex clear, pushed insight over ego, and let their portfolio speak for itself. The deck doubled as both a calling card with new LPs and a north star for internal alignment.

This was not a half-day design project. We immersed ourselves in Lyra’s market maps, thesis docs, and track record—running working sessions directly with the partners, stress testing every positioning call and market assumption. The result: a narrative and deck that gave the Lyra team an unfair advantage with target LPs and stood out in a year flooded with “me too” raising.
