A strategic, data-led investor engagement campaign.

We began by mapping the global fintech and digital health investor landscape, creating focused contact tiers for institutional, VC, and corporate strategy investors. Each campaign wave was tracked for engagement, response quality, and follow-up communication. Over four months, the team delivered results far exceeding industry averages in positive replies and investor calls. Despite that success, Lane Health chose to pause fundraising efforts after receiving acquisition interest, redirecting all internal resources toward the sale process.
