The Challenge

Great product, rapid traction, brand story, still faced a skeptical, saturated market.

KLAYD’s numbers were breaking all the right charts: explosive sales, 90%+ margins, and rapid UK expansion. But in a category flooded with greenwashing and fake ‘body positivity,’ we had to build not just a deck, but a total investment narrative. The goal was clear: prove the growth wasn’t a blip, the margins weren’t smoke and mirrors, and the team was ready for the global stage.

We re-engineered KLAYD’s pitch deck and model from the ground up, crunching the assumptions, validating every major win with data, and benchmarking their business against global DTC leaders. The value prop was reframed to go beyond “sustainable fashion” and become a blueprint for where the category is headed. We mapped out exactly which investors KLAYD needed and built the intro story to fit. No generic reach-outs, real matchmaking.
