What you need to start your mission

• A bachelor or master degree in management, economics, innovation, engineering, or a related field
• Great interest in the startup scene
• At least one year of relevant internships or work experience in consulting, venture building, product development, project management, or tech startups
• Fully fluent in English; other languages are a plus
• Cultural understanding to deal with customers worldwide

Nice to have

• You can speak German
• You can take complex problems and break them down into actionable steps and a project plan
• You have an in-depth understanding of digital innovation
• Your performance in an academic and professional capacity is always outstanding
• You are a professional in the use of powerpoint or generally have an eye for good design

Your responsibilities will include

• Negotiating with international customers (mostly from the USA) to win new projects for us
• Development of business models
• Researching and creating business plans for exciting startups from around the world
• Further development of our own portfolio
• Administrative tasks (communication with freelancers, CRM management, planning of appointments
